The Vietnam Vets Motorcycle Club USA, is an international organization with members in Europe, Canada, and the United States. Members include both in-country and Vietnam-era vets. Bonded by history, and united by principles, a proud and unique Biker Brotherhood was created.

Having pledged to contribute our energy, time and resources to build a better future for all veterans and their families. Our prime directive is to everything within our power to bring our POW~MIA Brothers home, and to insist that our government provide accountability for each of these patriots. We also make every effort to reach out to other Vietnam Veterans with whatever assistance we can offer, whether it be helping them understand their rights and benefits, or helping them wrestle with the bureaucratic system that seems to have been organized to deny them. We often sponsor awareness events within  our communities to help bring to light the plight of often forgotten Veterans.

Members of The Vietnam Vets Motorcycle Club USA, continue to honor our solemn oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States against all enemies both foreign and domestic. We feel strongly about government infringement on personal liberties and civil rights, and will speak up and take action as appropriate.

Our Brothers share a strict set of codes, ethics, and values. We are not a criminal organization, nor do we have any intention of becoming one.  We do not get involved with the private business of other motorcycle clubs or their problems. We strive to respect the freedom of the wind and the road.

We returned from an unpopular war, scarred mentally and physically to a besieged Nation.  We served honorably when called upon and during a time when it was socially acceptable for our peers to burn their draft cards or flee to Canada. Wanting only justification and reasons for the death, destruction and sacrifices that were made in South East Asia. Instead of the absolution we sought, we were lied to by our Government, demonized by the media, some veteran groups, and the public.

Most Vietnam Veterans decided to blend back into society by attempting to hide their Vietnam service. Others refused to hide and many of them became bikers and remained FREE MEN.

“We Are The Brotherhood In The Wind”

  1. We’re the kid down the block, or the boy next door,

  2. the sons of liberty, heading for war.

Though some men enlisted, and others were drafted,

we soon came to find out we all had been shafted.

Most of us hated to leave home to fight,

but we did what we felt was our duty and right.

We all didn’t make it to South Vietnam,

but at least we were ready, cause we gave a damn.

While draft dodgers headed for North of the border,

we all kept fighting for freedom and order.

We saw lots of conflict and bloodshed and tears,

and carry it with us on down through the years.

Some bro’s weren’t so lucky, they paid a high cost,

they were captured or killed or missing or lost.

When we were finished fighting, and returned to this great land,

we were looked upon as misfits, and felt we’d been damned.

We had done what our country asked, and then were pushed aside,

and something deep inside us went belly up and died.

You asked, just who we are right now and what we have become?

We are a force of many men, who think and act as one.

We’re a motorcycle brotherhood who’s pride runs very deep,

and all we want’s the freedom that we fought so hard to keep.

We want to live our lifestyles without hassles from the ”man”,

and help our own “downed” brothers, in any way we can.

The “Vietnam Vets Motorcycle Club”, a damn proud bunch of men,

and we’ll protect our freedom, if it means to fight again.
